Company did not refund money after returned items were sent back to them.

I purchased 2 dresses and both of them were too small. Also, I noticed that the dresses were poorly stitched (made). I notified the company . They gave me instructions as to how to send items back. I followed instructions that were given to me. They received the items. I sent customer service the date, time and person who signed for merchandise. I did not get a refund, and they just refused to give me my money back after numerous emails back and forth to customer service department. BUYER BEWARE! Do not spend any money buying merchandise from this company. Their products are poorly constructed, cheap and not worth it, Customer service stinks. u

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! I always try to find reviews about companies I haven’t heard of, reason being, that after I ordered from these clothing companies, it is only when my shipment arrives, that I find out I’ve been taken advantage of by a company from China. Always beware of anything from China. China’s culture is heavy people are not allowed and therefore, looked down on heavy set individuals. That’s why any larger sizes from China are not true to size and fit. As it was once explained to me, all cultures have different body shapes therefore women who are peared shape may have a difficult time finding an outfit from these type of companies. So, whoever reads this, spread the word. Such companies prey upon the American consumer. For they know after waiting so long for the product and the cheap cost for an item (which really isn’t because most of us buy multiple items, so more money for them) we won’t bother to send back, or as I read their service for the customer does not respond. BEWARE OF COMPANIES FROM CHINA, PLEASE!!

I had to Google them to find the website so I could order but found you instead. I had picked out $170. In clothing and you saved me from a huge mistake. I'm very sorry for what happened to you but you are my hero for posting this review.

It's the old saying...if you buy a diamond ring for a dime, you will end up with a diamond ring, not worth a dime. I'm sticking with companies here in the US that actually value their customers. Even if it does cost more.

Thought finally someone mentions warnings about China due to their slavery-like use of workers making these clothes, and the material waste to ake these cheap products. But what a fool I am.

Saw a cute dress, but decided to check the reviews. I've been kind of burned before it was only $20.00 but still it's money wasted!

But a jacket it took forever to come. Never knew it was from China, the jacket was ugly plus way too small.

Instead of sending it back, I just left it on a bench for anyone to take for free. Thanks for the warning.

More China cheap- junk- inferior-quality, and not even like the pictures they have on their website. I should have known better.....

I ordered 6 items and after a month have received 5. 1 item is ok. The rest do not match the pictures on their website, the materials are not as advertised. And try getting in touch with them.....

You can't!!! Their contact system does not work on their website, the email attached to the Paypal receipt is not theirs. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE QUALITY CLOTHING THEY PROMOTE. It's not what you get.

Not even going to try and return - I doubt I ever see my money. I'll donate this.

@ AN I'm sorry for your bad experience. I actually saw your review because I was interested in several pieces from this site.

I won't buy, but I would like to say I work in a corporate/business/professional setting , and with that being said I have to dress very professional. I would like to comment in regards to your comment on China. I have been ordering my clothes from China for several years. It only takes 2-3 weeks the longest for my items to arrive.

All of my clothes fit me right because I have taken my own measurements and I order accordingly, anything too big I take to a seamstress and have altered. Also, the site displays a size chart showing sizes from each country. You will find your size. I shop on a site called www.aliexpress.com and I have once had the displeasure of the item not being the same material as on the model.

I posted a comment to the company and they must of had so many complaints that they started to sell that item as it was pictured. I said all that to say, don't let one bad experience stop you from the experience you could enjoy. Try the site I mentioned and enjoy your shopping experience the prices are good. I love it because I can never find what I want in a store when I have time.

but I don't have time to shop in the stores regularly so I order online. Every investment will require a risk.

I have been in the business world for 50+ years, i never make comments I do not mean. I believe honesty is always the way to go.

It took 3 months to get 6 items to me. I could not contact them thru their website messaging system, and the email address shown on the Paypal receipt was not theirs. I know because I contacted the company with that email address- who replied immediately stating they did not know that company.

I am far from stupid. That is why I posted my comments.

In April I place an order for three items two were delivered. A dress that got tear apart during fitting and blouses that was not a size. I then requested a refund for the item that was never delivered. Further a compansation for poor quality dress. Till today I have not received my money. They are not answering my emails at all. Don't know how I came across Sebellamore's website - which is presented very professionally. The products pictured were very fashionable and what a GREAT price, I thought. They even offered free shipping for a certain minimum and a discount off your first order. I didn't know they were located in CHINA, but their return policy seemed reasonable, Return items unused within 30 days. On March 9th my 16 item order was placed approximately at a cost of approximately $300.00. My expectation was that within 2 weeks I would have my order. According to their information, it would be shipped within 1-week. March 26, I contacted them to let them know that I still had not received my merchandise and to cancel it. The response was "Good day. Hope you are doing well today. I pray this email finds you well and blessed. For your order...We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience to you. Your order was delayed owing to the large number of orders we are receiving recently. We will give your order first priority and arrange the shipment as soon as possible. As compensation, you will be offered a coupon 5 USD for your future purchase. Is that OK for you? Looking forward to your reply soon," to which I replied, 'no cancel my order and refund my money' - which had been paid through Pay Pal. I began to suspect that it was not a legitimate company or that if I did receive anything it would be far inferior to what I was expecting. I also contacted Pay Pal to let them know that I was disputing the sale. On March 29th I received an email stating “The rest order has been cancelled. Your refund 64.85 USD & 16.43 USD request has been received. It usually takes 10-15 working days for our financial department to deal with your refund. Please don't worry, we will refund the money to the same account you paid for us. We will keep you informed when the refund is completed. If there is anything i can do to help, please just let me know, I will try my best to help you.” Those dollar amounts didn’t come close to refunding me the sale. On April 13, 2019, I received 13 items in the mail(of the order that was supposed to have been cancelled and refunded), not 16, and the worst part of it was that most of the items were cheaply made polyester fabric with no liner and were not close to what was being presented on-line. f the order that was supposed to have been cancelled and refunded. I wrote them yet again to ask why Dear customer, For your order… Sincerely regret that you are not satisfied with the items you received. Could you please tell us the SKU of the items you want to return? (You can scroll down the item detail page, you will see the SKU in the SPECIFICATIONS It is like this: SKU: 634680F55697 If you still can not find the sku, you can send us the webpage link of the item.) And could you please take some pictures of the real items you received and send to us? Please hang up the items and take pictures clearly to show the problems you mentioned. So that your issue can be confirmed and solved timely. Then I will try my best to help you. Thanks for your cooperation in advance.” So now I have the burden of reading UPC codes, taking pictures, etc. to return this merchandise? I am done with on-line shopping from unknown entities. This was a hassle and a letdown. Don’t let it happen to you! I have learned my lesson.

This website is a front for Trends Closet.Ordered 2 pair of shoes. One pair is at least 4” too wide and will not stay on. The other pair will not stay on at the heel due to poor design. Was told I could get a $9 credit and go get the shoes fixed. Can not contact anyone at this company. Trends Closet was the only company who gave me a response. DO NOT BUY FROM EITHER COMPANY.

I made an order back in February and I never received it. Sebellamore sent me an email that they will place another order, but they never did. I asked for a refund and I'm still waiting. It is very difficult to communicate with the company and give follow up because a different person answers you the emails. I made a complain to Pay Pal, and Sebellamore wrote a nice email saying that they will send me my order if I cancelled my complain... I did but Seballamore took advantage of me. I never got my money back nor my order.

When I tried to return the clothes because they were too small and looked cheap (the material was see through), first the representative asked me for the sku number which I sent, then they asked me for a picture of the clothing which I sent. Finally, I received an email saying that they would give me 30 or 35 dollars back (I spent 99 dollars) because I would have to pay for shipping and the shipping costs were too high. Furthermore, two of my items are still processing after I ordered them over a month ago. They still have not answered my question about if I will get a refund for those items. And there is no phone number. It is obvious that they did not want to give me a refund or even care about customer service. This is a horrible website and I would not recommend it to anyone! Lesson learned

Ordered four dresses, all way too small for the size advertised. When contacted they said the sizes are for Asian women but the ads show tall regular size Caucasian women. Very deceitful, when asking for a refund they do not respond. The clothing no joke look like they are for children, ridiculously small. The picture attached is of a medium “woman’s” size top

I bought several items from this company promising customer satisfaction. when I got them they were NOTHING like the pictures so I contacted them about returning them. Their response was " they are not returnable you can gift them to someone" after arguing I finally got them to agree to returning them for costly fees,( almost half of what I paid). After 3 months 9 emails and 2 phone calls I have finally gotten a response saying I have been refunded to my world account and if I am not satisfied with that I can file a dispute. I DONT HAVE A WORLD ACCOUNT. Just one more over seas scam.
