Preferred solution: provide me an everyone else a contact that does not require me to enter a cryptic code and autimaticlly fail you from entering. A 1-800 number they need to create for their customers to speak with someone concerning their order.

I placed two different orders with these frauds, should have done my homework before ordering its been a month and still waiting for some kind of response, I'm reporting them to the BBB and hopefully get the whole phony website shut down PHONY PHONY PHONY PHONY PHONY PHONY PHONY PHONY PHONY......Are you kidding me I don"t need 50 words to express being pissed off!!!!!!!!!!!

Also, donโt forget to report them to the USPS Inspector General. The postal service IG is in charge to investigate crimes and fraud committed thru the postal service in the United States.
