If it looks too good to be true, it probably is! I ordered from this company on 3/12/19 and have yet to receive anything except an email confirmation indicating that my items were shipped to me on 3/22/19. When I tried to track my purchase with the tracking number I got no results. I couldn’t find a number for them and nothing came up under the customer service icon. From the sound of these posts, it appears I too have been duped! I spent just over $100 for nothing. I wish I had checked them out first but honestly I have never experienced an online retail scam before. Lesson learned!!

Actually I rechecked my emails concerning the date of my order which was March 6. I then received an email two emails stating my order had been shipped.

One on the 16th and another on the 19th. Not course nothing has arrived yet. What a disappointment!!

And what lengths some people will go to to steal from other people. You ought to be ashamed!!

I purchased a dress, it took over 3 weeks to arrive. When it did arrive, it isn't the same color and it has *** under the arm. When I asked to return it, they said that return shipping would be at my expense and the cost to ship to their warehouse would probably be too expensive and maybe I would like to give the dress as a gift. They offered $7.00 coupon for future purchase or a refund of $5.00.

Sebellamore aka Berrylook...SCAM

I placed an order with Berrylook and found the exact same dresses on the Sebellamore today, red flag! I placed an order for four dresses on 3-12-19 and have yet to receive them. The shipping ID provided to track my order is phony and doesn't belong to UPS, USPS, FedEx, LaserShip, DSL or any other reputable carrier. Emailed the address on the site for customer service a week ago and received no response. This is a scam but now I now I know better. Looked up Berrylook reviews only to discover other duped consumers.

Thanks for this updated info. Its too bad that a mfg really can’t produce quality clothing because they would be rich in lieu of stealing a few dollars here and there. A reputable site coexisting with a loyal fan base is the assurance of more orders into future and the potential future earnings as a direct result of personal amd individual advertising from customers.

I place an order on 3/10/2019 and still have not received my order. The page continues to read "In Process" after three weeks. I emailed the company and they said ( in broken English) that yhey coild not give me sn estimated time of shipment nor delivery due to so many orders. Yet my credit card was charged immediately. I am beginning to believe that tis is a fraudulent company and that they have no intention of sending me my merchandise. This is such a shame that we are living in a world where people are so immoral and have no regard for public trust. Im pissed.

I placed two different orders with these frauds, should have done my homework before ordering its been a month and still waiting for some kind of response, I'm reporting them to the BBB and hopefully get the whole phony website shut down PHONY PHONY PHONY PHONY PHONY PHONY PHONY PHONY PHONY......Are you kidding me I don"t need 50 words to express being pissed off!!!!!!!!!!!

Also, don’t forget to report them to the USPS Inspector General. The postal service IG is in charge to investigate crimes and fraud committed thru the postal service in the United States.

I am over $700 out of pocket because their website processed my PayPal details as an order before I hit ‘complete order’ - and did it each time I came back to my cart. I have now paid FIVE TIMES for an order that ISN’T EVEN ON THEIR SYSTEM. They have two different emails listed with PayPal - the one which they said has customer support “24/7” I have not had a response from. The other, listed as trends plus, keeps telling me that they are a different company and have no order for me. Thanks to this website I found an email for Sebellamore and their Facebook page and have submitted further requests for response but I have ZERO faith that I will get a response. I have lodged disputes with PayPal but this will take time - and $700 is a lot of money to be out of pocket.

Since the sebellamore company uses the postal service to deliver their merchandise once in a blue moon, you can send a letter of complaint to the USPS Inspector General. The postal service inspector general is in charge of all crimes, fraud, etc., regarding the mail.
